Never Gonna Leave This Bed

Edward slowly blinked his eyes open, squinting as the bright morning light from the nearby window momentarily blinded him. Just as he was about to lift himself up in the bed, the arm that had been draped across his waist tightened. He felt a warm puff of air as his dark haired bedmate buried his head into the junction between Ed's shoulder and neck.

Edward smiled and his features softened as he relaxed into his lover's hold. Roy's arm moved from Ed's waist, over his arm, and stopped at Ed's chest. Edward sighed happily and brought his mismatched hands to the arm. He chuckled as he felt Roy's lips tickle his neck as he trailed them up it.

"Good morning," Roy murmured as he nuzzled his nose between Ed's head and neck, causing the younger to tilt his head back.

"Morning," Ed whispered back, his hands tightening a little on Roy's arm. He then let go of the arm and turned in Roy's embrace.

"I'll go get us some breakfast. You stay here." Roy attempted to get out of bed, but stopped when Ed's hand landed on his arm. Looking down at his blonde lover, he raised his eyebrow.

"Stay with me? Please?" With that, Roy settled back down and pulled the white sheet back over the both of them. As Ed drew meaningless circles on Roy's chest, Roy did the same with Ed's back. Roy kissed Ed's forehead and chuckled at the light blush on the younger's cheeks. Sighing happily, Ed cuddled up next to Roy, putting his head under Roy's. He then mumbled softly, "I'm never going to leave this bed."
